We began Bella Casa Property Services in early 2005. As a husband and wife team with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, it was a natural fit to assist people with their second residences in Napa Valley.

No two estates—or homeowners—are alike. We take the time to understand your property, your preferences, and your lifestyle to create a management plan tailored specifically to your needs.
Because we believe strongly in protecting the privacy of our valued clients, you won’t see a list of names on our website, or accolades and acknowledgments. We do however, understand the importance of a good reference and would be happy to make a connection at your request.
